This course is a technical and college preparatory course for students considering a science related occupation. It consists of the following four units: botany, genetics, microbiology, and ecology. It is basically designed to benefit technical and college freshman in his/her science requirements, especially if he/she is preparing for a profession or job in the biological sciences area of endeavor. Examples would be medicine, dentistry, nursing, wildlife management, agriculture, land management, veterinary medicine, related agriculture fields, teaching and forestry.
